Queens Film Theatre is delighted to announce that QFT Learning has received grant support from the Belfast City Council (Development and Outreach, Culture and Arts, and The Good Relations Dept) to coordinate and deliver the first Belfast Takeover Film Festival, in partnership with four local youth groups.
